Cranio-sacral therapy - 1hr - £35

Cranio-sacral is a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment. The craniosacral system is the term used to describe the structures supporting the brain and spinal cord, specifically the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect these areas.
 I use extremely gentle touch over your clothed body to palpate the subtle, rhythmic movements of the Cranio-sacral system. I am feeling for areas of tension or restrictions that may be impeding your health. I rest my hands on the area of restriction/tension allowing it to release and start your own body’s natural ability to heal/correct itself. It can result in you having less pain and reducing or no longer needing pain medication even after one treatment. Cranio-sacral therapy bridges the gap between structural medicine and energy healing.
