HAND REFLEXOLOGY COURSE
This course is aimed at anyone who has an interest in Reflexology and would like to learn the basics. Not everyone likes their feet being worked on so the hands are an excellent alternative. It also means the treatment can be carried out anywhere for self help or first aid purposes. It is a treatment you can give yourself comfortably as well as suggesting simple techniques for others to work on themselves. As you are working on the hands, it can be carried out for those who are bedridden and for anyone who is in a wheelchair. For beauty therapists, it makes giving hand/arm massage more interesting.
The workshop will cover
the reflexes on the hands & feet
benefits of giving a hand reflexology treatment
practical sessions receiving and giving hand reflexology treatments
how to use Hand Reflexology to treat a variety of ailments e.g sinusitis, back pain, headaches, neck and shoulder pain

Date: Saturday 11th February 2012
Time: 9.30am - 4.00pm
Cost: £50 (includes booklet, unlimited tea/coffee/biscuits) (£25 deposit and £25 paid on 11th February)
Venue: Edinburgh Training Centre, 16 St Mary's St, EDINBURGH (just off the Royal Mile)
