Self-Care Plan

For the month of May, as its Mental Health Awareness Month, I set myself the challenge of creating a daily Self-Care plan which I would aim to do every morning.
Watching ‘Freeze the Fear’ with Whim Hoff, I decided I would start each morning by having a cold shower.
The next part of my Self-Care Morning routine is then 20 minutes of Yoga & Pilates before I have my breakfast.
The third part of my Morning Routine is to do a 10-minute Mindfulness Meditation.
I am finding that this new Morning Self-Care routine is setting me up much better for the day ahead. I am feeling more alert and less anxious. I have implemented this easily into my morning by just getting out of bed 30 minutes earlier.

Self-Care Plan Continuation

I feel this morning routine has now been embedded into my life and I have created this as a new habit. As I am feeling the benefit of taking this time for myself in the morning, I plan now to continue this as part of my daily life.
